Butyl extruder BTE 1 is used for melting and applying butyl sealant on spacer frames. Butyl is applied on both sides of the spacer frame. Butyl extruder BTE 1 high production quality enables applying butyl sealant evenly along the entire spacer. It offers the possibility of adjusting butyl coating thickness, coating position and spacer width. Butyl cylinder shape and capacity are compatible with standard 1 kilogram butyl packing. Butyl extruder BTE 1 is equipped with the pneumatic system that helps guiding large frames, and which can be turned on if needed.
