Desiccant filling machine VPSG 1 is designed for filling several spacers with silica-gel simultaneously. Silica-gel is supplied from the tank by a gravity vibration system. The tank is equipped with a heater that is used to remove moisture from desiccant. The filling head allows filled spacers to be removed, and empty spacers to be inserted during the filling process in order to prevent desiccant spills. The machine also has a collecting tank at the bottom of the ramp for gathering spilled desiccant.
