IG Line ALPPR 1800 is designed for manufacturing of double and triple IG units. It is composed of a glass washing machine, frame assembly station, panel press and a tilting table. After glass being washed, the first glass enters the press and the press is placing it into position. The second glass is being stopped at the frame assembly station. After the operator place the aluminium frame with butyl on it, the second glass enters the press. Then the glasses and the frame are being pressed. If required the same process is applied for the third glass.
