Pneumatic rotating table POS 1 is designed for rotating glass units during the sealing process. It is ideal for thiokol and hotmelt sealing. After setting glass on rubber wheels and putting it into desired position, the table head is raised by foot pedals. Glass is fixed by vacuum cups and the table head rotates by 90º. After applying the sealant on each glass unit side, the table head is lowered to the rubber wheels level and vacuum pads release the glass unit. It has four telescopic arms for supporting large IG units.
